Refunds & Cancellations
All sessions with Victoria Lilly must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We recognize that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Rescheduling: If you would like to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same cancellation fees apply to rescheduled appointments.
No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment, and no refund will be issued.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund or reschedule a session, please contact me directly as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
